Skills
Learning to Train 7 – 9 YEARS
At this age, players start to look up and make choices like passing instead of always shooting, and they begin to understand supporting runs and changing direction to be more effective. Players love playing games and now try to win by both scoring and preventing scores, making this a great time for small-sided games, while also recognising it as the first key stage for speed development.
